the payment is performed upon executing the online purchase on the Internet with the following payment cards:
Payment by Internet bank

Payment of the ordered goods Internet bank. After the confirmation of the order, you will be redirected to the website of the Internet bank. The payment order will be generated automatically.

Payment by wire transfer

Payment by wire transfer can be performed in any bank. Natural person, upon making the payment, must specify the number of the order in column “Notes”.  The purchase will be considered as paid after the money is transmitted into the current account of the Internet store. The ordered good is reserved in the warehouse up to the moment of receipt of funds.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

Additional Bank Processing Fee – €75 per Incoming Payment (Selected Countries)

An additional bank processing fee of €75 is charged to the festival organizers for each incoming online payment received from the following countries, regardless of the payment amount:

🇷🇸 Serbia
🇹🇯 Tajikistan

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates
🇺🇿 Uzbekistan

Please note: This fee is charged to the festival organizers when your payment is received. In accordance with the festival’s payment terms, participants are responsible for reimbursing the €75 bank fee for each incoming payment.

To avoid multiple bank fees, we strongly recommend making one combined payment for all selected festival services, including participation fees, accreditation, and additional options.

If multiple separate payments are made, an additional €75 fee will apply to each transaction and must be covered by the participant.
