INTERNATIONAL VOCAL AND DANCE ARTS FESTIVAL

The ART-PLATFORM Festival is a unique opportunity to communicate and strengthen international relations, exchange experience, and improve the Art quality. We are looking for new talents and give them the opportunity to open up, be seen and heard by producers, mentors and true professionals in the world of art and show industry.

ART-PLATFORM VOCAL COMPETITION

Participants – soloists, duets, trios, and group can participate in one or more nominations.

The vocalists perform with phonograms  “-1”. The phonograms should not exceed 4 minutes. Dancers are allowed during the performance.

In the performance of popular works own reading and creative approach are encouraged.

ART-PLATFORM DANCE COMPETITION

Participants – soloists, duets, trios, collectives, can apply in one or more nominations. Duration of the performance is up to 4 min.

NOMINATIONS

– Classical choreography

– Folk choreography

– Folk-stylized choreography

– Modern choreography (jazz, modern, contemporary, neofolk, modern plastic, step, etc.)

-Variety dance, (street dance, break dance, disco, hip-hop, club dance, etc.)

-Ballroom dance (dance numbers in stage processing, based on the elements of ballroom choreography)

-Sports choreography (artistic, artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, artistic sports – in the form of demonstration numbers)

– Children’s plot-play dance

– East Dance

– Dance theater

– Dance show

CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITION

📍 To participate in the festival, you must:

apply (to 10.09.2021) on the site Applications form ART PLATFORM

ATTENTION! Applications for groups, soloists, duets, ensembles are submitted separately. Participation in several nominations is allowed for an additional fee.

📍All data from applications are reflected in diplomas in the form in which they are submitted to the site

📍Changes in the application are possible till 18.09.

The participant has the opportunity to make own changes in application, change phonograms, etc. and work in your personal account on your own until 18.09. But 7 days before the competition, the application will be closed and all data will be transferred to responsible services. It will be very difficult to make changes. Please treat responsibly‼ ️

📍Phonograms.

The phonogram is submitted with the application form , it should not exceed 4 minutes. Those exceeding the specified limit are not accepted.

📍 Pay attention to the fact that the phonogram, in order to avoid force majeure, must be with you at the competition, recorded on a flash that does not contain other records, the file must have the name SURNAME_ PARTICIPANT NAME_ SONG NAME_CATEGORY. Please, take a responsible attitude to the recording of phonograms for performances, check the quality.

📍Technical requirements for the performance (number of microphones, stands, props) must be considered when submitting an application.

AWARDS SYSTEM

📍Places and awards are assigned to participants in each nomination and age group, based on the points gained.

All participants receive gifts and diplomas. In each nomination and age category, the winners are determined: 1st, 2nd and 3rd places.

📍Gran-prix is ​​awarded in each competition separately – ART-PLATFORM VOCAL COMPETITION, ART-PLATFORM DANCE COMPETITION and is awarded with cups .

The jury has the right, if points are equal, to award two or more participants the same prize places in each nomination and age category.

The jury has the right not to award the GRAND PRIX title if the participants did not score the maximum number of points.

📍 The jury of the competition in agreement with the org. the committee can award special prizes to the participant of the festival, for special merit.

THE JURY’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO DISCUSSION !!!

JURY

Producers, composers, heads of creative teams and organizations, cultural and art workers, designers, magazine editors, popular and famous representatives of the show industry are invited to the international jury.

BASIC RULES OF THE FESTIVAL

📍Please note that each attendee will be required to present a valid Covid-19 digital certificate and ID when entering the event.

📍Official language of the competition: Latvian, English.

📍Participants come to the festival accompanied by their parents or guardian, who is fully responsible for the behavior of their participant and bears full responsibility for it.

📍During the festival, the competition performance will be broadcast live to all countries of the world.

The organizers of the festival have the right to video and photograph during the festival, to store, use and post the recording.

📍Org. the committee has the right to stop accepting applications before the deadline if the limit of participants in nominations has been exhausted.

📌In the purpose of payment, it is necessary to indicate – the name and surname of the participant, for participation in the Art-Platform 2021 festival and the Nomination (VOCAL / DANCE).

📍Payment is made simultaneously with the submission of the application until 10.09

📍If the competition is canceled due to Covid-19, the payment will be returned to the same account from which it was received

The refund of the cost of participation is carried out after deduction of actually incurred expenses, including the cost of processing and processing applications, etc. The calculation of the refund amount is made in each specific case upon written request based on the provisions of civil law.

📍If the participant does not participate in the competition on his own initiative, the payment is not refundable.

Helpful information

Please note that before coming to the competition, you must assess the current situation with the announced restrictions of the Government of the Republic of Latvia on events and their participants in connection with COVID-19. By completing the questionnaire, you agree to abide by the national epidemiological rules for attending the event.

A valid Covid-19 certificate must be presented when attending the event, confirming that the visitor (including children from age of 12) has completed a full course of vaccination against Covid-19 or has recovered from Covid-19 within last 6 months. The certificate can be downloaded from the website www.covid19sertifikats.lv. When attending the event, it is mandatory to present an identity document, a and a valid certificate (print ). Please come to the event in time.
